WWOOF Cyprus publish a list of organic farms and agricultural exploitations (smallholdings and gardeners) in Cyprus that welcome volunteers WWOOFers to support their activities at certain periods of the year all offering food and accommodation in exchange. The diversity of hosts available offers a large variety of tasks and experiences.
Once registered, Volunteer helpers (“WWOOFers”) choose the hosts that most interest them and make direct contact to arrange a stay. Volunteers usually live as part of the family.
- WWOOF volunteers or WWOOFersdo not pay for their stay (only registration fee to WWOOF Cyprus).
- WWOOF hosts do not pay volunteers for their help. They provide them with food and accommodation.
- WWOOF Cyprus charge a small fee to volunteers.
This fee helps maintain and develop the WWOOF network.
